Creative Program & Project Manager

Luminary Awards

For eBay’s Luminary Awards, I spearheaded the planning and execution of this three-staged online voting campaign and global celebration for outstanding eBay teammates. My role involved managing the branding development, the production of a nomination micro-site, voting micro-site, a cross-platform internal marketing campaign, and the production of a global crowd-sourced video that was presented by the CEO at a global all-hands. Tasks involved tracking winner vetting, copy translation to multiple languages, managing cross-functional global teams, design vendors, and distributors, tracking budgets, aligning creative and logistical efforts, and coordinating with stakeholders from Communications, Marketing, Development, Finance, and HR.

As part of the winner gift package, I sourced gifts including project managing the production of a bespoke notebook during the pandemic-related supply-chain disruption.

Production Board Redesign

The Creative content team’s production board was overly complex, leading to partial adaptation and producing unreliable datasets. I redesigned the Monday.com platform, enhancing cross-channel usability and streamlining workflows.

My goal was to create a more user-friendly interface, catering to the diverse needs of multiple Creative work-streams, from video to content strategy to social media engagement, design and writing.

By replacing monthly production boards with a single board divided into project stage and then highly customized to display only relative info in an intuitive layout for each work-stream, I ensured that each department could easily access, update, and track project progress within a unified system.

The redesign improved efficiency by eliminating data entry requirements that were not tied to specific strategic program goals. No more collecting data for the sake of it. Cross team friction was reduced with enhanced transparency from simple, yet work-stream-customized, project status updates. The project-intake and production boards heavily utilized automation and I championed the continued integration of automation tools into the Monday.com ecosystem. The improved production board provided a centralized hub for clear project communication. I ran team training and change-management initiatives as well.

Global Reports

As Creative PM, I orchestrated report production from concept to delivery. By coordinating across departments—PR, marketing, finance, customer engagement, strategy, creative, development, and legal—my role was to ensure cohesive, visually engaging, and informative reports with supporting digital materials on tight timelines. I oversaw the production of the annual Impact Report, Recommerce Report, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Report, Circular Commerce Methodology Report, and the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures Report. These were pdf releases with accompanying websites, videos, and cross-platform PR releases.
